Frustration/Not Knowing What to do next
You’re driving along minding your own business and suddenly you are involved in an automobile accident that you did not see coming. I personally have been involved in an automobile accident where I was rear-ended. The collision comes out of nowhere. I personally did not notice any pain right after the accident but my pain developed a short time later. Can You Really Get Hurt in a Low Speed Collision?
Most definitely you can be hurt in a low speed collision. Most low-speed collisions are at least 5 miles an hour. This may not seem like a lot but when you compare what a car weighs to your weight there is a huge difference. So yes, you do need to have your spine checked after all automobile accidents. If you don’t you may end up like many patients I’ve had where they come in several years after an auto accident only to have severe arthritis discovered in their spine because it was not taken care of after the accident.
